unreal is a luxury gym across three floors on sukhumvit soi 24 in bangkok, with a rooftop reset club for sauna and ice-bath recovery. the old site ran on wordpress with 42 plugins, no structured data, and a sitemap full of duplicate and admin pages. search engines and ai assistants had to guess what the business even was.
we replaced the whole wordpress stack with a fast custom next.js build. every page now ships json-ld structured data and clean meta, ai-crawler readiness went from 49 to 100, and 49 seo and geo landing pages target bangkok gym intent, including an authority page for co-founder calum von moger.
then we went further than a website. we built unreal os, the operations system the gym is run from: a supabase backend with row-level security, a booking flow that enforces class capacity in the database, and a control room that puts who is in the gym, today's schedule, the same-day reply queue across every channel, drifting members, money, and friction on one screen. six tools folded into one morning glance, before the 8am huddle.
